What you can expect:

This morning meet with your guide and start with a cycle only 4km out of town to the pier of Tra Que where you will board a rustic boat that takes you to a nearby fishing village. There you will get the chance to work with local fishermen and find out about traditional fishing methods. The methods are decades, if not centuries, old and have withstood the times of modernization. It still remains the most popular and most effective way of fishing without harming the environment. Learn to differentiate traditional fishing tools, how to cast a net and, hopefully, catch some fish. Explore the water coconut palm canals by local basket boat. Cold drinks and a fresh seafood lunch are served on board. Bid farewell to your hosts and then cycle a different way back to the hotel.
